By creating an account on BUZ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BUZ. By using our platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for: - Keeping your password secure - All activity under your account - Providing accurate information - Notifying us of unauthorized access

When creating listings, you must not: - Post illegal items - Misrepresent items or prices - Post spam or duplicate listings - Use misleading photos - Violate intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these rules.

BUZ facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to transactions. You are responsible for: - Verifying items before purchase - Completing payments as agreed - Resolving disputes directly with other users

Basic listings are free. Premium features (featured listings, promotions) have fees displayed at time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

You must not: - Harass or threaten other users - Attempt to circumvent our systems - Scrape or collect user data - Post malware or harmful content - Engage in fraud or scams

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

BUZ is provided "as is". We are not liable for: - User-to-user transactions - Lost or damaged items - Service interruptions - Third-party content

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the past 12 months.

These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes will be resolved in Irish courts.
